REVIEW AND CHANGE IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION: Our customers may update their personally identifiable information at any time by logging in to their account. We do not make changes to this information.
DO NOT TRACK: There is no third party access to our site that allows for customer tracking or gathering of personally identifiable information.
ENCRYPTION: Communication to and from our site is encrypted using the strongest SHA-2 & 2048-bit encryption.
SCANNING: Our Website Security scanner checks the website at predetermined intervals for malware, blacklists and uptime.
CODING: Our PHP forms are coded to prevent SQL injections.
FIREWALL: Our WAF is a cloud-based firewall service that screens and protects our real-time website traffic from threats such as SQL injection attacks and comment spammers, while also thwarting DDoS attacks.
We never store student points on our server. The points are only computed and displayed in the Teacher’s Dashboard when the teacher hits the “Check Homework” button. Once the browser is closed the points are not saved. Only the teacher that is linked to the student may look at points for the particular student.
The only person who has access to the displayed points is the teacher with their secure user ID and encrypted password.
PASSWORDS: All passwords stored on our servers are encrypted.
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING: We only use Paypal for credit card transactions. No credit card information is processed or stored on our servers ever.
STUDENT ACCOUNTS: We ask for their first name, last name, email address and school name to create the account. The school name lets us customize their page with the school logo. No mailing address or phone number is used to set up an account.
